The hotel was wonderful, location was excellent in the midst of a quiet residential area, amazing breakfast. Though some of the staff were apathetic, I had an incredible stay. I loved contemporary rooms and amazingly kind staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed, I slept like a baby. Location: the property was not far from downtown Charleston, and sightseeing. Downtown Charleston district was worth staying in.

We loved the amazing cookery classes on Saturday afternoons and the wine and cheese hour from 6-7. The breakfast buffet was the nicest I've had in a long time and the dinners were even better. Definitely the best hotel for foodies!
Felt special, no complaint.

The location of this place is perfect, within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to be but just far enough away from the action. I could easily explore the historic districts, restaurants, and King Street by bike or on foot. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, and their service felt genuine from check-in to check-out. The staff from the kitchen during breakfast were friendly and courteous, and the breakfast presentation was lovely.
The hotel could benefit from a proper restaurant manager to train their staff.

Loved the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff! The free bikes were a great touch and made getting around so easy. The room was clean, and we appreciated the robes and slippers. The wine and cheese hour was a nice bonus, as was the complimentary breakfast.
There was some noise from construction nearby, which made it difficult to sleep in. Also, the location was a bit further from some of the main attractions than we expected.

The personalized turn down service at this charming hotel was a delightful touch. With chocolates, cookies, and a weather forecast card left in our room each night, it truly made us feel special. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with high ceilings, elegant moldings, and a comfortable bed. The large bathroom, complete with a jacuzzi tub and a spacious shower stall, added to the luxurious experience. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They showed us around the hotel and were always ready to assist and ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location was also a great advantage, as it was within walking distance to many attractions. I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would highly recommend it for a unique and enjoyable stay.
